SECTION N: MEASURING SATISFACTION
A great deal of time and effort has been put in place in Lancashire to secure increased involvement of the Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector in the work of the Children’s Trusts. We now have recognised representation and engagement structures in place and we are starting to build an environment for a thriving third sector that if sustained will lead to more integrated working for the benefit of Children, Young people and Families.

The second part of this survey will focus on how satisfied you feel about the overall approach to engaging the Voluntary, community and faith sector, in which your organisation is part of. We are looking for you to think about the overall position of the sector as opposed to individual experience.

It will ask about your thoughts on the following areas:

• Partnership working
• Representation
• Consultation
• Shared values
• Commissioning
• Strategy development
• Involvement with safeguarding decision-making bodies
• Workforce strategies
• Common Assessment Framework
• Information sharing
• Integrated working
